John previously worked at Hollis and JLL before moving client-side at Aquarius Real Estate Management giving him a clear understanding of the full property lifecycle.
That experience now underpins how Hawkstone approaches every instruction.

Senior Chartered Building Surveyor
Tom is a Chartered Building Surveyor with experience across landlord and tenant matters, dilapidations, project management and contract administration.
Before joining Hawkstone, Tom worked at Hollis, where he progressed to Senior Chartered Building Surveyor, delivering commercial surveying instructions and managing refurbishment projects of up to £2.6 million.
His technical expertise and practical approach ensure projects are delivered efficiently, commercially and with clear communication throughout.
